Cancellation Policy

Typical Retreats:

Retreat Transfer / Personal Credit : $50 transfer fee

90 or more days from retreat start date : $50 cancellation fee
60 or more days from retreat start date : $100 cancellation fee
30 or more from retreat start date : $150 cancellation fee

29 or less days from retreat start date: No Refund or Credit Available

Month Long Retreats:

Retreat Transfer / Personal Credit : $50 transfer fee

90 or more days from retreat start date : $75 cancellation fee
60 or more days from retreat start date : $125 cancellation fee
30 or more from retreat start date : $175 cancellation fee

29 or less days from retreat start date: No Refund or Credit Available

Daylong / Work Retreat Cancellations:

No refund a available unless there is an emergency.

Emergency Cancellations:

If you cannot attend a program due to unexpected emergencies (e.g., illness or family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible at registrar@southerndharma.org. If you are requesting an emergency cancellation or special consideration, please also include the reason for the cancellation. We will do our best to work with you to find a solution.

Scholarship Recipients:

Recipients of in-house scholarship are offered a 50% discount on cancellation fees.

Personal Credit

Personal credit must be applied to a new program registration within 365 of days of the transfer to personal credit, at which point the credit expires. To inquire about your personal credit, apply your personal credit to a new registration, or create a new registration using personal credit, email registrar@southerndharma.org.
